\n2. Extra arrangements should be on extra chargeable basis.
\n3. Date & venue will be blocked after payment of 50% of the total amount.
\n4. Full amount to be paid 24 hours before the program starts.
\n5. Hall Charge 5000+GST as applicable.
\n6. Starter will be served for one hour only, after that main course will be served.
\n7. Please keep in mind that kitchen will close at 10.30pm.
\n8. If the Party to be canceled, inform at least 24hrs before, then 25% of Total amount will be charged or informed with in 24hours 75% of total amount to be charged.
\n9. If the Guest or Host doesn\u2019t inform to Hotel The Padma, then 100% will be Charged on total guaranteed Pax and of total discussion amount.
\n10. Outside food are not allowed.<\/p>\n
