RESERVATION POLICY

Thank you choosing our hotel. Please find below the sales conditions related to your booking: We accept Visa, Master Card and various Indian Net banking · For confirmed guaranteed reservation we advise you to book through our PayUMoney – Online Payment Gateway.

According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Aadhar Card, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.

As per government regulations, we CAN’T check in any foreign guests without a valid passport and valid travel visa.

The hotel reserves the right to decline accommodation to localities/city residents. The Padma Hotel will not be responsible for any check-in declined by the hotel or any refunds due to the above mentioned reason.

In case suitable proof of identification is not presented at check in, the accommodation can be declined to guests posing as a couple. The Padma Hotel will not be responsible for any check in declined by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason and The Padma Hotel shall not be able to process any refund.

Your reservation is guaranteed for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only, early check. in will be as availability of rooms.

To make a booking we require your full residential address and active contact telephone number.

Rates are quoted in INR and do not include GST. Respective GST will be added at the time of checkout as Tax.

Normally check in time is 02:00 pm and check out time is 11 noon. However we will advise you to confirm the check in and checkout time directly from the hotel reception. Early check in or late checkout shall be subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Please contact the hotel directly for early check in or late check out.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You as a Customer can cancel your booking 24hrs before the cut off time of the slot for which you have placed booking by calling our customer care service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the booking.

If you don’t check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert The Padma Hotel Customer Care Service well within the free cancellation time frame of 24hrs, the collected amount for your reservation would be forfeited automatically and cancellation charges as per the hotels cancellation policy would apply, without informing you.

In case you avail of the Website’s hotel reservation service and are, thereafter, not contactable on the contact details provided in this regard, then the hotel reservation selected by you will stand cancelled and The Padma Hotel would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard.

Extra bed can be accommodated with a folding cot or a mattress, subject to room size & as availability on extra chargeable only.

Your special requests would be passed on to the hotel and those shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the concerned hotel. The Padma Hotel shall not be liable for any discrepancy in such services or in the performance or consequences of such services.

Your booking details shall be sent to you to the respective mail id.

In case of any amendment (date change) in your hotel reservation, The Padma Hotel would inform and advise you about the availability and applicable new rates.

Amendments/Cancellations of booking can only be made by The Padma Hotel. The hotel cannot modify your booking or process refunds for bookings made at the special rates.

Refund to bank account from the date of cancellation. In case of refund to bank account call reception for bank details for process your refund. Further, the private sector banks may take few working days and public sector banks may take up to 14 to 30 working days to refund in your account.

Any refund will be returned only in to the same Credit Card account / bank account / through PayUMoney payment gateway or any other method which was used to send the advance. It may take up to 14 to 30 working days to refund the amount from the date of cancellation email.

Any special offer being provided by The Padma Hotel shall be governed by the specific terms and conditions of such special offer as displayed on the Website.

Sometimes an unintentional mistake of publishing inaccurate information on the site may occur (e.g. the price, description or availability). In such rare instance we reserve the right to modify/cancel your booking at any time up to the point of travel, even if you have received confirmation from us, and you will receive a full refund of advance already paid. No further compensation will be payable in such event.

All taxes and charges shall be applicable on actual basis or as Govt. GST applicable.
